Buyback option from Danoffice IT

Process:

- ISS informs DOIT about specification, age and condition on the IT equipment they want buy back on.

- DOIT gives ISS an estimated price on the IT equipment.

- ISS accepts or refuse the proposed estimated buy back price

- By acceptance DOIT and ISS agrees upon pickup date, address and contact person

- ISS packs IT equipment on pallets or transportations cage (if ISS don`t have the resources for the logistic part, DOIT can arrange the packing with our transportation partner this will come with a cost)

- IT equipment are picked up and send to DOIT

- Final price setting by visual grading of the equipment

- All data will be deleted, and report are worked out

- ISS sends DOIT invoice for the agreed amount

- DOIT pays ISS according to agreed payment terms between the two parties “Current quarter”

ISS Forecast Options

Stock of products is 90 days based on forecast from ISS, ISS member countries will pay 1% for stocked items that exceeds 90 days of stock.

Exceeded items has to be purchased within a total period of 120 days if not, Danoffice IT have the right to invoice ISS member countries the total amount including 1% in penalty.

Buffer stock are based on forecast from involved ISS countries, please see attached.

The stock is managed by Supplier in close communication with ISS and will be right sized accordingly and together with ISS.

ISS can always request a stock inventory report and stock inventory will be reported upon at all monthly/quarterly meetings.

Products on stock will be covered by the warranty from vendor and will be insured by the supplier while in stock.
